The Domain Companies has had the pleasure of working with Ken and Trisha Licata on the sale of the Markham Gardens townhomes from 2010-2015. The Markham development involved the new construction of twenty-five two-family townhouses on a former public housing site. The complex project involved the participation and oversight of at least six public agencies and funding resources.
